Wow, that is a nice laptop bag. Do yall think that would be better than a typical briefcase looking one when hunting for lizards?

This may be kind of crazy, but for those that have kids (el mechanico), what about using a child care site to look for girls? I have used sittercity.com before for actual child care needs, and there were a lot of cute girls on there. You need to subscribe to post ads, but I think it's only about $30/month (less for longer subs). I once posted an ad and got many many replies. The challenge would be turning the girl from an employee into a bang, and I'm not sure what the best strategy for that would be without it getting "creepy." Ideas?

I know in DC, a lot of au pere's go to Montgomery College (they are required to take a class as part of their working here). These girls are young, almost always cute, and poor (they don't make much money at all and typically spend their salary on useless girl things).

I wouldn't bother with au pères, since they'll almost certainly only be interested in the father of the family they're working for.

A girl who's just a regular au pair, on the other hand, could easily be gameable.
