Anyone familiar with Jersey City??

Hurricane Sandy is still ruining my life. Spent the last month working at Times Square, which was fun, now I am working in Jersey City next to Hoboken.

Anyplace good there? I know there is a giant beer hall called "Zeppelin Hall", that I am thinking about checking out on Friday. I have an official wing man from work who is unfortunatly married, but we are looking for some good places.

Power out!

Have you tried Newport Mall? That seems to be the best spot for day game in that area. The Starbucks along the the Hudson River's edge also seems to be an ideal spot for daytime although due to the fact that there are so many businesses close to one another in that area you're going to be dealing with a lot of business women along with the locals and out of town visitors. Im guessing from what you wrote you're looking more for night game venues?

Another thing I should mention is that Jersey City has a massive Indian population so just be ready for that.

This is true. Many different races and nationalities are well represented in Jersey City. It is one of the most diverse cities in the United States along with Long Beach, California, where I used to live. You may very well end up spending much of your time in nearby cities and not in Jersey City itself. For good overall talent, Hoboken is a good option. For Hispanic girls, Union City and West New York are good. For Brazilians, the Ironbound section of Newark is good.
