Soy - The most dangerous food for men

Plastics are a bigger threat than soy, which isn't a defense of soy.

Soy and plastic are why men today are less than we were 50 years ago.

Google: xenoestrogens

Use glass whenever possible, and never microwave food inside plastic.

Definitely. My dad was telling me about a documentary he saw on xenoestrogens.

I stopped eating stuff packaged in plastic and stopped eating soy way back in september. My ex who hadn't seen me in a while said I was way hairier than when she last saw me,

So is it bad to even drink from plastic bottle and cups?? What the hell. I can work around warming up food in plastic containers, but kind of hard to avoid drinking from plastic.

Funny reading this article because I actually stopped all of my intake of soy products this week and definitely feel a positive difference. I was seriously feeling anxiety like symptoms and felt heavier/weighted down whenever I took up soy milk.

Coconut oil is the TRUTH though. Started using it based off of recommendations from this forum. Skin, hair, digestive system, everything feels better. It's like an internal/external natural lubricant for your body that you otherwise would be receiving from natural foods if they were locally grown and not tampered with pesticides, toxins plastics, etc.

I am betting the positive effects of coconut oil have always been known but the US agricultural lobby probably put a hit campaign on it because who grows coconuts in America? Just a theory though.

You can't be perfect but try your best. Carry around a water Tin with you whenever you can. I always have backpack with me with a water Tin.

I don't have plastic cups or bowls in my place. It's all ceramic, glass, or metal.
