Keep in mind those "tenets" were used to describe North American girls and not Scandinavian girls.
Roosh may have hated Denmark but it seems he still got laid a lot. He just had to adjust his game to do it. The same as you would if you were to game a nightlife princess and then go approach a nerdy hipster chick.
As for the Rawness article, he's onto something about Costa Rica. A study found that the higher quality healthcare a country has, the more the women prefer more feminine faces in men. Since feminized faces suggest less neonatal testosterone exposure, those guys are likely to be less aggressive and less masculine or "alpha" so to speak.
Testosterone protects against disease. Higher testosterone = stronger immune system. Hence why signs of testosterone (eg. deep jaw high forehead etc) are considered attractive by females. Testosterone is also the "alpha" hormone. It's what makes you a man.
The country with the worlds best healthcare, and also the greatest desire for more feminine faces is Belgium. Scandinavia, Western Europe, North America and Oceania dominate the rest of the top. I imagine Costa Rica is not among them, validating the Rawness's observation.
Another study found this: unattractive girls prefer looks over provider ability. Attractive girls prefer provider ability over looks. And super attractive girls want both. This is because female beauty (but not because of testosterone) also correlates to stronger immune systems and so does male handsomeness.
