For me it would really depend on what she was like, if she legitimately just wants an LTR, then I'd probably be out otherwise I'd be all in. I'm sure she still has plenty of guys who would bang her. I went to HS with a girl in a wheel chair who was not even nearly as attractive as this girl, and I knew a bunch of guys who pumped and dumped her.
