Hey pfeffer, porteño from Bs As here. Both Palermo and Recoleta are good places for a traveller, Palermo is closer to the night-life centers. Mid-year can be cold, but Bs As-cold is 5º C at the lowest. March is a good month, you still have a warmer weather, and the university chicks are just starting the first semester. send me a PM if you have more doubts.
