So supposedly rice flour mixed with milk forms a paste that you can rub on your skin or create a face mask that makes your skin glow. If you create a face mask, you are supposed to leave the mixture on your face for at least 30 minutes till the paste dries and then you take the dried mixture off with hands and the effect takes places afterwards. Someone told me that this is an "Asian beauty secret" and Geisha's in Japan used fermented rice flour combined with saki on their skin/face to make it really "bright" & "white", hence why they are reknowned for their really pale skin. There was a video i think of Cate blanchett commenting that she used something like this on a video and it helped her decrease her age lines and wrinkles which made her look young, more prepared for roles. Anyone tried this or the Japanese combination of that?
