Teach English(or another language) - You can work as an English Teacher in many a cool country. You can even teach conversational English over Skype
Ebay/Amazon etc: Find a niche product to dropship to Ebay customers, your supplier takes care of delivery while you sit on the beach and cream the profits.
International trading: Go to China and find a cool product, buy a load, ship it to another country sell the lot.
Man whore: Register with a Male Escort agency, some women will pay you to go on holiday with them(so i've heard!)
