China. Say what you want about it good or bad has been a iron clad dictatorship for 50 + years. China has been the test case to see if centralized government can truly work on a massive scale to control populations while still having "neo-liberal" economic policies. The Chinese model will simply be grown and expanded across all borders.
There are many ways you can look at this. I think "conspiracy theory" is a stupid word and is used by people whom are too naive or don't want to look outside their cozy bubble called life in the status-quo.

The global debt has been sky rocketing over the past 20 years. There is now more debt than the world has economic output - with estimates of 600-trillion to 1.5 Quadrillion in shadow derivatives debt swimming around behind the scenes.
Energy
We have or are about to hit global peak for cheap energy production. The global economy has to contract. You can’t have any expansion (real or not) unless there is energy to facilitate it. We will experience economic contraction with still looming debts to pay off. You could argue people have been just greedy, stupid or it has gone on for so long on purpose with the sole purpose of making show high value assets come down (or up) in price.
The UN
The skeletons of "global governance" already exist. Things such as trade, food, and monetary decisions are already done with global type regulating structures and delegated down.
In 2012 many UN programs will by treaty have to be implemented on local levels. Things such as growth plans, food regulations etc. All dairy cows are supposed to be pumped with anti-biotics and hormones (via Monsanto) (whiten a few years by order of the FAO

There will never be another U.S.A. it was a onetime experiment. To expand (and extract) capital and military might to destroy the globe in the third and final war. The USA by luck rolled its dice right and bankrupted itself to come out ahead in two global wars. It sold its soul and thus began a campaign to build up its arms up for no other useful purpose but to (entice) engage the world in a battle nobody can win.

My opinion: and this may (probably) offend some. But I really don't care. It is just my observations. I do feel that Israel will sell the USA out and force them into a situation it can't get its self out off. My whole view is that Israel has rigged the global game to protect its homeland and will sacrifice all (of humanity) to protect it. The U.N. was created to give legitimacy to the Israel project. The flows of capital have largely always passed through Zionist hands and the only road block they face is largely Islam. WWIII will cause terrible hardship and destruction with a global unit of governance to come into place as a solution since inevitably humans will be blamed for being fools and savages. Israel will remain intact and only open for Jewish citizens while the rest of humanity becomes nothing more than a number/slave.

The media pumps up Nuke weapons everyday when they are obsolete relics that everybody is afraid to use. The threat of global nuclear war is a stretch when technologies exists for more dangerous Bio, and Vaporizer weapons which keep infrastructure intact. There is not enough money/resources anymore to rebuild London and Tokyo like we did in the past wars after they we're leveled. Bio-weapons can kill as many if not more and not a single building would be demolished.
How does global governance tie into game?
Roosh and people on this forum make note of this sometime. We all see the negative effects that feminism has on the male populace. I argue again and again that any social movement that is of the benefit of the controlling class is kept around and propped up. Socialism has remained a strong movement despite the Cold War and its largest backer fading away into dust.
The socialist solution is viewed as a solution by many to a peaceful a fair world.
Feminism also has been left to flourish even though we still live (we assume) in a male dominated society.
Feminism brought way to the largest expansion of western governments whom had to grow three fold to provide an adequate safety net for women and children. The rise of women to controlling capital and their bodies will regulate men to castration, a laboratory, slavery or slaughter. I ask people to look at the livestock industry and see how little value male animals have in the grand scheme. Sperm can be frozen, and women impregnated by machine, with babies raised by the factory - the males are usually killed off because they are not needed.
I always say that any threat to the global movement forward is crushed with an iron first. The brutality Kaddafi faced at the hands of NATO is proof enough of this. If you are not a threat you are left alone, if you enhance objective you are propped up and bolstered.
