Develop an ability to speak the language well and a huge portion of the population opens up to you. Also, I generally focus on chicks that speak ZERO English. Usually these girls aren't overexposed to gringos and seem to be even more receptive to me and open to a new experience with me. It has gotten to the point where hearing a chica speak English well has become a wood killer for me.
