Yo,

RVF is beyond saving but... what you can do is create the next travel and game forum and with new posters you gonna get a new culture. A forum is only as good as its contributors and you have to separate those who contribute value from those who take value.

I say to maximise the value in the forum keep the politics, religion and race talk out. Those contributors/trolls take value from the forum. I would never contribute value to forum where the discussion was discriminatory and I know many others who wouldn't either. Personally, I'd dump the unnecessary threads into zip file and delete them from here.

Just my two cents.

I agree here, the politics and "Everything Else" sections were where the forum utterly failed.  It invited a LOT of unsavory people who were most likely feds (there were QUITE a few feds on the board, and probably still are -Remember Rawmeo? yeah) anyway the cat's out of the bag now, people like Fresh and Fit, MDL, Tate, and even Aron Clarey who's been a bit silent about "redpill" stuff other than U.S. stuff slightly are hip to what we were talking about 5-7 years prior. Although Tate is a more inflammatory figure. . .which is kind of what you get when you stifle speech, only the most extreme people start to get through.

In my opinion Roosh's "fall" was done by the feds, they went to his house and threatened his mom, then later on his sister "died" (I think she was just taken out as a final warning) causing Roosh to get spooked/demoralized enough to go scorched earth on the site (that and the writing was kinda on the walls for the manoshpere and PUA)

The rise of tinder and Instagram, then tech censorship and centralization (reddit, youtube, FB, twitter etc) and making all those main sites super leftist and now "the internet"(the internet is dead/fake)

Then Tuthmosis leaving (he pretty much singlehandedly kept the forum quality high).

Usually Young men gathering in the same location is NOT GOOD for governments, as history shows, large groups of men congregating anywhere for too long, start talking, then start realizing (that their government is fucking them over), then start rebelling.  The forum was ALREADY a target, but a soft one, but as SOON as the politics and everything else section started getting political, That's when the feds started moving in.  They'd already infiltrated the forum heavily at that point(and you can bet they have done the same here from the start of the new forum).  I would even go so far as to say that they want to make sure this forum never reaches what it did in the past (meaning al these trolls are most likely Feds trying....and succeeding to sabotage the new place)  just looking through the threads here and at the current posters, there's no way that any older member who knows his shit (including myself) would really contribute here.  Much less share the new "Poosy Paradise" in an open (or "private") forum like this.

Also with the rise of the tiktok format most newer users don't have the attention span to read anything for more than 8 seconds anyway.

Also PUA is pretty much dead, it's all about social media status now and it has been moving that way for years, The west is way too hostile towards men, Russia invading Ukraine and putting Eastern Europe on Edge has singlehandedly killed that area, China's stupid fiscal policy and wolf warrior nonsense has shut that part of the world off, the Weak yen and yen to dollar ratio plus covid killed Japan(it's just filled with richer tourists now that you have to compete with...there are still some places you can do well there but...I'm keeping my mouth shut on that one.) The stable world in decline and newness of the net(remember mASF?) that allowed the Manosphere to grow is gone and can't support it in it's previous form (forums). It's pretty much all monetized now, just like how OF has been destroying what's left of Men(and by extension the manosphere).

Most of the quality posters who knew their shit left, and keep in contact together and share info that way outside of the prying eyes of the public.  That's not going to stop.  The time of men sharing all the good info (for free to anyone) is done.

It's nice that Citron revived the forum for old memories, but that's all it is, memories. Too much has changed.
