For a TL;DW:

- she had an outwardly handsome beta orbiter who would do anything she wanted (platonic)

- she took him to a club with her hotter gal pals, who thought he was hot

- he rejected her hotter friends out of his beta misguided loyalty to her

- her hotter friends were like "what? how did you get that hot guy so into you?"

- she rewards him with sex

- they hook up a few times after, but he flips out when he realizes there is no monogamous relationship and transfers to another college

- moral is "betas do get laid" (but seemed to be reward sex for accidentally bumping her up in the female pecking order)


Kind of an illustrative story relating to looks being outweighed by gravitas (which he sorely lacked)...
