The reason men have a midlife crisis is b/c their soul is crying out for them to wake up. Once their main needs are taken care there is only so long they can continue distracting themselves with things that are mere stimulation of the senses, or a temporary emotional stimulation. Some people have this existential crisis at an earlier point in their life.

Perhaps this dissatisfaction is a wake up call from your soul calling for a deeper exploration, and then integration, of spirituality in your life?
