Been going through a lot of brain fog lately. I'm getting plenty of sleep and haven't had a drink in many months, so I know it isn't alcohol related. I'm going to try and eliminate a lot of the gluten as suggested, giving The Whole 30 diet a shot, as the book explains which food groups you really want to avoid, and which ones have the most nutritional firepower. Also, going to eat more organic foods, as all the crap they spray on the non-organics is no doubt giving many of us low-level illnesses that we can't put our finger on.
