I'm no christian, but it makes more and more sense why there are multiple passages in the bible outlawing sex between people and animals. And they weren't just talking about male incel sheep fuckers in there. The death penalty for women who were letting animals fuck them is specifically mentioned more than once in the bible.

For those "holy" men to write those kind of crazy rules so long ago meant it was happening on a big enough scale.
