Clinical psychopathy and narcissism. He didn't think it was ok. He knew it wasn't and he didn't care. That's how someone behaves if they view other people as being exclusively instruments to be used for the attainment of some personal end (such as fame and status for the narcissistic psychopath) and they are incapable of experiencing the neurological phenomena of guilt, remorse, fear, shame, and anxiety.
