Well, there is ONE way.... we could figure out how to convince white women to fucking give birth again. Admittedly that is an uphill battle with extremely low odds given the popular culture in the U.S. as well as W. Europe.
The SECOND way is a civl war which will automatically trigger balkanization via diaspora into majority territories. For Whites this most likely means the Pacific North West.
As brutal and heartless as it may sound this scenario has the best odds in the medium and long term as Whites are expected to end up on top and eventually may even manage to take back the abandoned territory a century or so down the line. We are however talking tens of millions of casualties and a similar number of displaced families.
