Maybe its a bit early to think about this problem, TE - so many variables and future scenarios.
In general, young women seem to have certain expectations about how a middle-aged man should be like: Successful, not insecure, have his shit in order, financially stable, some nest egg, no baggage.
If you work towards that, you will be fine. No student in the world wants to shag a middle aged balding out of shape twice divorced man who has to live with his mother, because alimonies are strangling him, nightclub owner or not.
