How can a married, middle aged man stay surrounded by young, beautiful women?

As a young man, it is easy and natural to be surrounded by young women.
However, I anticipate that this will change as I get older and unless I make a proactive effort now to optimize my lifestyle, my social circle will consist of my similar aged friends and their ageing, fattening, nagging spouses or career women in a similar age bracket.
I prefer being surrounded by young, beautiful women for two reasons:
a) to have the option of sleeping with them
b) I just generally feel happier and have more vitality and more of a lust for life (maybe due to higher testosterone?).
I also anticipate being married or in an LTR so would like to be more subtle with my intentions.
If one day, I am a regular older man just start hanging out with a load of young girls, that would come across as quite sleazy and upsetting to any spouse whereas if I've had a lifestyle that accommodates this since being a young man myself, it's just normal.
Essentially, I want to get older whilst the girls stay the same age.
Here are some possible solutions that I have thought up to start the discussion but I'd like to hear some in depth thoughts from some older members who have achieved this (Montrose springs to mind), older members who didn't acheive this on what they would have done differently as well as younger members with the same aim.
Possible ideas:
- Hiring young women to work for you
- Lecturing/working at a University
- Working in the modelling industry
- Working as a recruiter for jobs young girls typically do (waitressing, shop work etc... stripping, porn if you want to take it to the next level)
- Creating a company that's target audience is young women (eg. clothing, makeup, beauty pills) then using Instagram girls to promote it
- Being a photographer/video director
- Mentoring young men and joining their social circle of young women
- Owning a nightclub
There are many more much obvious options for a single man that have been discussed in depth on this forum but I'd specifically like to keep this thread for married men who have a reputation to keep.
