For us guys it does not matter if a girl is artifically inflating her worth. Sex (and babies) costs us nothing except for a few minutes of time.

All this is biological and on the unconscious level. We are animals after all.

Is a girl fools us into believing she is more attractive than she really is, we loose a few minutes of time. If we fool her, she risks loosing 9 months of her life and potential dead (childbirth can go wrong).
