I'm not sure why you think that most guys aren't loyal to their LTR, even on here. Most of them are.
Myself, I'm fine being exclusive/having a single LTR. Given of course that she is feminine, submissive, and we have a good relationship both sexually and personally.
Otherwise, I'd just break up with a girl.
When I date multiple girls or have multiple LTRs (I think people call them mini-LTRs) I am open that I am not looking to be in an exclusive relationship and that if they have an issue with it I'll understand.
