Because it's safe and fun. You don't have to confirm because it's just a makeout. Don't take it personally. Girls want to be stimulated when they go out. They'll make out with multiple guys sometimes. It's just their nature in the west.
You're better off not taking this personally because it's going to eat at you. This has nothing to do with you personally. Just better your game and treat it like a business. You lose some girls, you win some.
