I will also add that you can look into hiding your wealth in crypto currency (mainly Monero). Just stay away from exchanges like Coinbase that report directly to the IRS. Lawyers and banks are at least a decade behind this stuff from what I can see.
Easier said than done but it's a good idea to hide your assets in different countries or hide it by giving it to your immediate relatives to hold for you to minimise damage.
