I think that's part of her issue. She'd gone from anorexic to fatorexic because it's difficult to see reality from the inside. So when she was half way and probably perfect, she still only saw her anorexic self.

Think muscular guys who still want to keep gaining because inside, they still see themselves as undersized. The goal posts keep moving psychologically.

This chick will not stop and will end up looking like a complete hippopotamus. She already likes the water and the bottom half is already there. Next, the top half and bingo wings.
