Never in a million years would I be able to pull off No Fap in my 20's lol. Now in my mid-30's I've come close to a calendar year with No Fapping (but certainly not No Banging hahah. But lemme tell ya sometimes that wait in between lays is absolutely brutal. I'm sure the gaps would be quite a bit less if I was in a bigger city. But for now it appears I have a plate or two that I can turn to moreso on the regular. When the bang finally happens, it is done with aggression lol. Nothing quite like busting that nut when the right opportunity finally presents itself.
