Why is Lemon's Law true? Because women are by nature parasitical. When they get into a big organization, they are absolutely expert at creating a comfy little niche for themselves, where they make good money and bear little risk. They are expert at avoiding difficult decisions or risky projects, but therefore they also don't contribute much to the big wins that the company needs to be successful. The male employees don't even notice this because that mode of female parasitism is so deeply engrained in human psyche and society, that it's almost invisible. (in fact, in day to day society, it's quite healthy...we want our women protected and safely provided for.).

When women avoid risk, men instantly and instinctively jump in and paper over any problems caused. Nobody will call this out or notice it. The women involved won't be reprimanded or given negative reviews...quite the contrary. Women who avoid risk and created parasitical niches for themselves will actually be praised. They become little queen bees who create little groups of subservient men in the organizations. Which are completely detracting from the organization's goals and performance. So your entire corporate culture grows up with women acting, essentially, as a "velvet covered anchor" dragging the whole ship down.

The CEO's job is to blast this shit out of existence. Your job as a CEO isn't to be nice or fair. Your job is to ruthlessly prune and chop away at these parasites. They will squeal and scream, and you exterminate them. That is how profit is created.

As the CEO you relentlessly, every chance you get, cut women execs, especially executives in any top line function like R&D or Sales. Women in accounting or other necessarily bureuacratic functions can stay. Women in purely developmental roles, like software development, can be great as long as they're *managed* by male execs. Allowable women employees are straight, churchgoing, mothers or grandmothers preferred. Women from the South or Midwestern regions are preferred.

Lesbians, sluts, and angry feminists are incredibly dangerous because of their tendency to file million-dollar false accusation lawsuits against fellow workers....they are to be absolutely shunned at every level at all times. Every lesbian and feminist shall be fired.

Of course you might fire one or two women who is actually doing a good job. There are exceptions. But on the whole, the odds are so stacked against good female performance, that you ultimately can only win. YOu'll fire 10 losers for every winner you might fire. It's a great way to boost your organizations overall performance.

You can't tell anybody what you are doing of course. You can't tell your advisors or lawyers. If anybody asks you, you deny this angrily, and tell them that your policy is to hire *more* women. Nobody will catch you in this lie, because our entire society is build on a pyramid of lies right now. So this is for your mind and your mind only. This is your ultimate secret mission that even your bosses can't be aware of.
