Yes it's much easier to get premium notches with a mountain of money, but only if you're not factoring in the difficulty of getting that mountain of money. Cheaper hookers are uglier. At some point you won't be able to get a boner. You also have to deal with fakes, coked up pimps, scams, thieves. Much easier to fly to the Philippines.
