War or they'll figure out a way to infiltrate Chinese elites. Them looking out for their people isn't set in stone, many our leaders did the same for a long time, and they found ways to get to them. Some of those sophisticated blackmail rings are hard to beat, if they figure out a way to apply them to China on a broad scale, it will be very dangerous.
