Intermittent fasting. Weights 2x a week. Morning fasted cardio 5x a week.
Sounds like you dieted too hard and fucked your metabolism/t levels last time. Shouldn't be dropping more than a couple pounds a week.
If that doesn't sort you out after a few months then skip the prohormes and get on trt.
Before and after blood work is of course a really good idea.
I'd also add if any guy in his early 30s is hovering at 20% bodyfat then he doesn't know his body well. Otherwise his bf would be lower. With your Endo genetics, you're probably gonna have to keep carbs low or go full keto. Even with drugs. It sucks but like you said gotta accept the cards you were dealt.
