I'm about 19-20% body fat now.
At the peak of my physique I was at 13% and could see a six pack with just a bit of waist fat, but as I mentioned, I was hungry all the time. I was also weak and lost my libido. And all this shit happened naturally without anything in my body except whey protein.
I also had gyno when I was young until my mid 20's when I had to pay to cut that shit off, also totally natural.
That's why non of the shit out there scares me except for maybe losing my hair.
If I want this time to reach the 10% body fat and maintain it. What would you recommend?
