I haven't tried this because I didn't have a parking spot, but when I lived in a large city where parking was expensive/difficult girls that would drive would asking about parking. I would make sure I found a place on spot hero that was cheap and close to my building to make things easier. If I had a parking spot in my building I would have them "meet at my place and we will go to the bar after". If it means them saving $15-20 on parking they would definitely do it. When I girl comes into your apartment even for 30 seconds while you put your shoes on it makes them coming back after drinks very natural and they are already comfortable there.
