Logistics can almost be like having a cheat code. I'm 40, live in a town that has multiple colleges, so there are about 30 bars and restaurants within walking distance, all less than 5 minutes away. I live in a 30 story high rise, in a unit on the top floor, and the building can easily be seen from anywhere locally. For a SNL, it's so much easier to just point to my building to get a college girl to come back there as opposed to having to get in an Uber or cab and drive anywhere. Plus it's easy for them to walk back to get their car in the morning I absolutely believe that if I lived farther away that I would have nowhere near the success rate I have bringing home college girls for SNL's.

It also works wonders for dates too. I always plan dates that are in view of my building. For instance, on Tuesday's I go to this high end farm to table and wine spot, but it's half price bottles of wine on Tuesdays. I set the frame as "Let's meet at XXXX for wine on Tuesday at 8." I walk over to the spot, sit on the side of the bar where the wall length glass windows open up to my building. Casually during the wine, I mention that's my building that we can see and point it out, still not mentioning that I live on the top floor. When it's time to leave, I tell her that I walked here and could she drop me off. 100% of the time it's a resounding yes. When we pull up in her car in front of my lobby, I ask her to come up for a night cap, glass of wine, whatever. She inevitably asks about parking, I'll then tell her she can park in my garage. When we get in the elevator, and press PH for Penthouse it's game over. There has maybe been 2 times over 10 years following this exact blueprint that I didn't get the bang. It's virtually unstoppable.

Logistics are King!

While I never lived in a PH....I can attest for walking to the date spot and have the girl drive. In my case I would invite her for a glass of wine or check out some stuff and then say "Hey, I walked here....mind if we take your car?" and it worked. "Where do you live?"...."You see that building past the stop light? There.". Boom.

Another thing is that some of these places had complementary or cheap af valet parking so the idea of telling some 20 year old girl off SA "Don't worry about parking, just valet. I already took care of it"...got me great ROI. You could smell the pussy get moist after telling a girl to valet instead of driving around trying to find street parking. Shit would cost me 3-7 bucks, cheaper or the same price of a drink. It would also make a quick getaway to my place.

Sometimes spending provides more return than saving money.
