he is probably latin looking(easy to mistake for egyptian)and speaks arabic,and stayed there for many months, and on top of that he has tight game. most foreigners are not in that category,never said its 100% impossible just very unlikely for a regular 2-3 week traveller,much easier with morrocan or lebanon girls imo if you are looking for arab girls
