Ditto. Outback, do tell which tier 2/3 city you're referring to. We have a lot of members here and there's a high chance at least one of us is familiar with your city.
Something's not adding up here. Tier 2 city women are quickly catching up to the Tier 1 lifestyle, so they're a lot more "cosmopolitan" than one might think. Tier 3 cities still have some catching up to do, but you can bet that they will become westernized within 5 years, if not sooner.
