Wall Street Playboys' guideline of 5-10x the average income in your area will grant access to 9+ is about right.
And my experience is that 15-50x seems to be the level in which 9+ skank models will "throw themselves" (whatever that means for them) at you. (I'd assume that it's probably in the 100x range that 9+ medical students will, but I don't know.)
When I lived in Bangkok, I was pulling in ~$500k pretax (around 33x the average income) and I regularly had all the top international DJ chicks / UK and Euro models / Hiso (ish) girls I wanted (what I consider to be the top shelf, anyway) lining up to by my side piece. And I was 43 at the time. (I was in pretty decent shape and I have very solid game, for what it's worth.)
In contrast, when I was in Vancouver at 44, I pulled in ~$750k and I noticed that while women were very friendly to me, it wasn't the same as BKK. Girls weren't begging to be my side piece any more, just trying to steal me from my gf.
In contrast, I know an Indian guy who's out of shape and in his 50s who owns a casino and every girl I've ever seen him with was stunning and I've overheard 9s say they would date him. I've never seen these girls making out with him in a club, but they seem to be ok with demonstrations of a relationship (something that would embarrass me, if I were them).
I know another middle eastern guy who owns a bunch of restaurants in the same city who's gf makes ~$70k a year as a sales type at a private bank, is a 33 year old who's in good shape and was a 9 in her 20s when she started dating him. She's begging to be his baby mama because she's scared of losing him to the array of servers that offer themselves up. He's in his 50s and has the stomach of a guy who owns 7 high end eateries.
In contrast, my personal trainer looks like a greek god, has been on several reality shows, and gets invited to celebrity stuff all the time. He has a roommate at 33 and constantly bitches about how he can't meet girls and how all girls care about is money.....
In another contrast, I know an Indian guy in San Francisco - successful entrepreneur - multiple $3mm residences, Lambo, Ferrari, even a fucking yacht and dude couldn't get laid in a women's prison. Because he's rich, he gets invited to a lot of stuff, but every woman finds him creepy. (Very aspy, I think..)
Other than real estate, While I'm not the flashiest guy I know, I think that you need to demonstrate your value / wealth.
In today's world, I think the best demonstrations pretty much are, in order of power:
1. Already having a under 30, 8+ gf / wife who's down for threesomes (Very hard to get, but pretty much the trump card)
2. Instagram that shows high-end experiences, exotic travel, attractive people.
3. Residential real estate that is 3x the average value of property in the area.
4. $100k+ automobile.
5. Being in excellent shape
6. Being really tan
7. $15k+ watch
