OP, I think you sound a bit passive in general.
I think you need some wins in life, not just financially.
You need to get out in the world and do some fun stuff...only 2 sessions with a boxing coach or 3 with a trainer makes me think you struggle to see things through and over think pretty much everything.
You've convinced yourself having a spot next to the action isn't worth it, having muscles isn't worth it. etc etc.
