^ honestly it's not possible to give advice without knowing you. You're just going to have to take an objective look at yourself including your game, looks and logistics and try and see if there's any areas you can improve on (game is probably the most important, and it's free, just takes massive practice). The most important thing though is to approach and try your luck every time you see a top tier girl. Some people aren't doing this, and yet moan about the quality they're getting.
