Focused Group research into Cameras to prevent False Allegation: Attributes Features

Existing threads are less focused on finding and locking down parameters and devices.

Let this be a little WireCutter for the Man in MeToo era.

Instead of getting distracted by the stories.. lets make this like a Mini Wiki of sorts; geared towards devices.

Home/ Bedroom cams are easy if you always end up at home.

But quite a many may or choose to go back to hers, or are traveling as a Nomad so a home surveillance system / camera etc.

The categories of interest & attributes that I was thinking/ brainstorming of that would be the ONE STOP item to have:

- Body Cams - Could Show full activity from pre Sex from Venue to Home
- Dash Cams - Can be multi purpose and travel well with you on the road.. and be useful when you want to go to a hotel room with someone
- Fixed / wired/ wireless Cams - Good for permanent base/ closing location. Not so much if at others home or hotel etc.

- Recording
.. Trigger - Manual or Automated (Motion Sensing or keyword)

- Storage of Video
.. Local storage WITHIN unit (limits)
.. LAN storage
.. Cloud Storage

Could we find/ choose a good balance of features,

- good portability,
- easy/ quick set up .. even at new venues
- seamless hidden integration
- recording activation
- storage / backup etc.
