Good thread. I've taken 5 beginner Latin dance lessons during the past few months. The women are hit and miss, but I actually go to learn to dance so I don't care. My first few classes were tough because I was tripping over my own feet and was awkward moving the girl around the dance floor. I still had fun and would make comments like, "You can tell I'm a pro at this right?" which had girls laughing.
I've gotten better the past couple of classes and noticed more IOIs and girls asking me to dance during the dance partner swaps. Will report back here as my skills improve.
