By all means wear them during the day at your lectures etc.
But I wouldn't wear them out on a night out.
If your uni clubs are anything like mine them shoes will get ruined. People stepping on them, people spilling drinks on them etc. Better to just wear a pair that will get you in the club but don't mind getting ruined
