it's easy if you're fasting / intermittent fasting. Even if you just eat one "regular" meal a day, it's still only around 1000 calories.
Last night I ate half a small pizza, but my caloric intake was still only around 1500. Because that is all I ate.

I've also been shitting and puking all morning, but probably from the hangover. I can't eat and drink like I used to. "Bad" foods tend to make me sick now, even on controlled cheat days.
