College Football is big business man, when you don't pay your players anything you've got plenty of money to pay the coaches! Hell some coaches are making 10 mil+ a year.

Even some assistant coaches are making 2 or 3 mil a year! These football programs are like Fortune 500 companies now, so of course the insufferable PC culture of high level corporations is going to creep into the locker room as well.
