Personally I would try to ensure eating 3 meals a day for the sake of your brain function. Simply eat more moderately.
Since legs are such a weak point for you, I would suggest coupling the above approach with doing 20 rep squats 3x/week. If you were to do this I suspect you would build mass and drop body fat rapidly.
