The only thing that has worked for me is emotional desensitization. No matter how much you try to improve your inner game, where do you always return? You are like a rubber band. No matter how much you stretch yourself, if you take a little break, the rubber band returns to its original size. So the key is the cut the rubber band. Emotionally desensitize yourself by getting rejected alot. Over-escalate on women and don't give a damn. Inner game is the hardest part of learning game. You can't do it in increments. You have to totally transform and become more masculine through rejection and failure. It's like a rights of passage where if you can't break through, you can't reproduce. The game is set up this way to prevent society to be over-run by betas.
