Women are super hot but the top tier rides almost exclusively with top tier men. No shock there. But there are insane amounts of prairie and small town girls who move to Vancouver every year and end up working shitty service jobs and are still not quite comfortable riding new dick every night. This is the magic spot for the young and bold.
Price wise, just go with what you can afford. I spent 9 years in a busted ass slum in the DTES, dealing with crack dealing neighbors, chainsaw carving Indians, methed out tranny hookers, and a sweet 85 year old Italian woman who's son made us all wine. The Vietnamese refrigeration guy and his family would howl karaoke on weekends shitfaced and local bums would beat the shit out of each other for bottles.
But this was another time, when 21yo guys lived where they could afford instead of packing into a luxury condo downtown with 5 other guys like a bunch of Indian H1-B guys in San Fran. No one gets laid, everyone hates each other because you can't even look at porn on your phone in the shitter without some guy banging on the door.
*I have never lived in Montreal, but people there seem like they are miserable with zero ambition. Its why housing is so cheap and they drink wine all day. What else do they have?
