In the meantime that book depository website was showing in stock, and then everyone ordered and it changed to out of stock and all the orders were refunded. Now it is showing back in stock again. Maybe someone will get lucky and get a book.

Yeah, I ordered it again. If they cancel it again, I'll wait for it to show in stock and then order it. I don't mind screwing with them, I suggest everyone give it a try. It's a win if I actually end up with a printed book, if not, it's nice making extra work for them.
