The position in which all these dudes are sitting is basically optimized for developing bad posture and reducing testosterone. There is literally no worse way to place a man's body than sitting with shoulders hunched, head forward and down, both arms forward and hands/wrists engaged in constant fine muscle movement typing into the phone. Spend enough time in this exact position, and even otherwise healthy and genetically favored men will be almost guaranteed to develop mild to moderate neck and back problems and to hemorrhage free test, aggression, and confidence. Throw in eye strain, blue light exposure, and repetitive strain injury from typing just for good measure.

If you have to text back and forth like this, you should be sitting on a chair with back support and rest the arm holding the phone on the chair's armrest with the hand either angled up or resting on the desk in front of you. Hold the phone at an angle where you can look at it without leaning forward or bending your head down. It should look something like this:



As a side note, the girl in the video was such a perfect composite of present-day Americanized Asian millennial Vietcong mediocrity that it freed one's mind entirely to concentrate on what really matters -- the Twenty Dude-Priests and their terrible posture of self-immolation at the Temple of Soy. Study them well so that you may avoid the same fate.
