Dunno. If flipping the bird was ALWAYS a losing strategy, Donald Trump would not still be standing.

Got to pick the right opportunity, which admittedly for the guy in this story, it may not be.

Billionaire.

A) He wasn't born a billionaire and didn't inherit everything like so many libtards want you to believe, but he's always been one to flip off (most of) the people who got in his way who would not deal. Skip the class envy and read a few of his books.

B) Bird flipping or not, being rich won't save you from political destruction. Have a look at John Edwards, or every other politician who's had to suck up to AIPAC. That one even Trump couldn't avoid - too big a political animal. Ask Peter Theil how it's been for him since he went against Silicon Valley. Still rich, but not in the click anymore. Or Scott Adams who was a multi millionaire before he correctly predicted Trump would win the election. Money didn't save him.

C) Plenty of millionaire and billionaires still go through life sucking up to political interests - see Hollywood. More actors than you might think are closeted conservatives who don't dare come out against the hivemind for fear of losing their next gig. Mel Gibson was about the only one who partially flipped them off by making the wrong movies and it's been hell for him even with his money.

The idea that all successful people are there purely because of luck is a loser's attitude, and isn't the first time I've sensed it in your posts. Get that fatalist nonsense out of your head and stop it with the woe is me crap. It isn't helping you.
