Yeah... Because those oil rush towns are just overflowing with hot, feminine girls who wanna go down on sweaty, oily men. There certainly are no prostitutes, criminals, drug addicts/dealers that follow that sort of disposable income.
Just "drowning in money and poon..." Not to mention, it's really easy and safe work in a controlled environment with short hours and no one expects you to know a trade, nor pull your own weight. Just handing out the money and poon to everyone that bothers to show up.
