Sure I live in Georgia right now. I see thin chicks but I mainly see flat asses, flat chests, lack of English and the women NEVER seem down for small talk. If they had better personalities than I would rate them better than British chicks but meehh... Genuine 7/10s and higher are very hard to spot in public here.
Really the only place I ever saw consistently hot chicks was Riga and that city has been ruined for a long time (even when I went back in 2010 it was overran by British and Italian sexpats).
